Why Is my GrillEye Pro Plus not Loading Graphs

Graphs not loading may be caused by one of the 2 following reasons:


  1. Your Pro Plus is not connected to the Internet: Even if connected to your WiFi, your Pro Plus may not have access to the Internet. In this case please have a look at the reset guide here. If the issue persists your router may have to be rebooted (as all electronic devices from time to time) OR
  2. Our server may be experiencing an outage. In this case the server indicator status on our website will be displaying offline and you should be expecting for the service to be restored soon. If the server status is Online then resetting the device and checking router settings is the solution.
