Why Do I Get an Error When Trying to Update Firmware on my GrillEye Pro Plus?

Prior to discontinuing the GrillEye PRO Plus back in 2018 we have announced end of support for its firmware and prompted all of our users to update to the latest version (001.131).
If you try to update, you will receive an error message as the underlying server has been stopped.
If you don't have the latest version installed, you don't need to worry as the device works without any issues even without it. In case you run into any issues we recommend visiting the reset guide.
