The following reasons are the most common for having difficulties connecting to your WiFi network
This is caused because some WiFi Routers are not using automatically available communication channels. In this case, all you need to do is go to your router’s settings > WiFi settings > under the 2.4GHz network please choose a channel from 1-11.
After submiting the changes you will be able to connect your GrillEye PRO Plus to your WiFi. Once connected, perform a firmware update and change your WiFi settings to original.
