GrillEye Pro Plus Can't Find my Wifi

Pro Plus requires a 2.4GHz WiFi with a visible SSID.

So, you need to ensure your network is not hidden and your router is switching automatically between available bands and communication channels.

To enable all bands you need to access your router's settings and enable both 2.4GHz (channels 1-11) and 5GHz automatically. Upon submitting the changes, Pro Plus will be able to find your WiFi and connect to it.
