Why I Can't Connect my GrillEye?

We assume that you are using the correct app to connect your smartphone to GrillEye:

iOS users: GrillEye app on App Store

Android users: Manually download and install the app from this link


Provided the correct app is installed, if you are experiencing connection issues with your GrillEye Bluetooth, the 2 main reasons might be:


GrillEye went in power-save mode: If GrillEye is powered-on and you leave it without any probe connected, it will eventually sleep for power-saving purposes. In this case, all you need to do is press the button right below its screen, in order to wake-it-up.


GrillEye needs to be reset: To reset GrillEye, please follow the steps below.
  1. Power-on GrillEye
  2. Remove the batteries compartment lid and, while the device is powered-on, remove the batteries
  3. Without sliding the power switch to off position leave the device as-is for 30 seconds
  4. Slide the power-switch to off position, re-insert the batteries and close the lid
  5. Power on your GrillEye and connect
