If My Wifi Can’t Find Grilleye Pro Plus?

Please follow the steps below :
On your smartphone activate personal hot spot.
After enabling the personal hot spot , open the GrillEye Pro app and change the wifi network using the hot spot WiFi network.
Can you find your hotspot’s wifi?
In the meantime, does your WiFi has a 2.4GHZ band enabled?
Does this band have an active SSID?
