If I Cannot Connect My Grilleye Bluetooth On Android or Ios Devices?

Please follow carefully the following steps:

1) Remove the batteries - !!! replace them with new ones if needed

2) Install them again

3) Unistall the GrillEye application

4) Install the application again 

5) Remove any GrillEye devices from Bluetooth paired devices - if it is listed in the paired devices

6) Reboot your phone

7) Open the app

8) Open the device

9) Follow the instructions on the app
